طبق نظر و اعلام استاد محمد علی طاهری، حلقه ارتــــبـــــــاط ویژه، از ساعت ۲۲ مورخ ۱۳ بهمن ماه ۱۳۸۶، به طور ۲۴ ساعته در تمام دنیا اعلام گردید.
تمام مردم دنیا، جهت بهره گیری از درمان، رسیدن به آرامش، کاهش اضــــــطراب و نـــــــگـــــرانی و … می توانند از این ارتباط به طور نامحدود بهره مند شوند.
لازم به توضیح است که از این ساعت به بعد، کلیه انسانها در تمام نقاط دنیا، می توانند ارتباط گرفته و وارد این حلقه گردند.
شــــــرط برقراری ارتباط و حضور در این حلقه، فقط و فقط شاهد بودن است و هیچ نیازی به دادن اسم، مشخصات و یا ساعت اتصال نمی باشد.
شـاهد بودن، به معنی تسلیم و بی طرفی است و فرد اتصال گیرنده، فقط کافی است که بدون قضاوت شاهد برقراری این حلقه باشد.
این ارتباط برای تمامی مردم دنیا برقرار می باشد.
نحوه برقراری ارتباط ویژه
از این پس تمام مردم دنیا در هر زمان که مایل باشند می توانند در حلقه ارتباط ویژه قرار گیرند کافی است چشمان خود را ببندد و فارغ از وقایع بیرونی شاهد وجود خودش گردد.
منظور از شاهد بودن این است که فرد بدون هیچ گونه قضاوت، متوجه وجودش و تغییرات در حال انجام باشد. به محض شاهد شدن فرد وارد این حلقه شده و ارتباط آغاز می گردد. و هوشمندی حاکم بر جهان هستی فرد را در معرض ارزیابی و اسکن قرار می دهد و پروسه درمان از طریق هوشمندی شروع می شود. بستن چشم هیچ گونه الزامی ندارد. و فقط جهت جلوگیری از پرت شدن حواس به اطراف انجام می گردد و گرنه هرکس در هر لحظه و در هر حالتی (خوابیده، نشسته، مشغول انجام کار، چشم باز یا بسته) وارد حلقه ارتباط ویژه گردد و از نتایج آن بهره مند شود.

Circle of Special Connection
According to Ostad Mohammad Ali Taheri, as of 10.00 pm on 2nd February 2008, the Circle of Special Connection will be available 24 hours a day, throughout the world.
People around the world may benefit from this “circle” for the purpose of healing, relaxation, relief from stress and anxiety without any limitations whatsoever.
It is worth mentioning that everyone from anywhere in the world may establish the special connection and enter this circle, provided that they take up the role of “[impartial] observer”. “Being an observer” is the only condition for the circle to be realized and the connection to be established. Therefore, there is no need to provide name and personal specifications or the time of connection.
“Being an observer” means to surrender and remain impartial. In order to “be” in the circle, one should only “observe” the connection process without judging it.
How to establish the Special Connection
From now on all people around the world can enter this Circle of Special Connection by closing their eyes, disengaging themselves from outside events and becoming an “observer” (shahed) of their own being.
“To be an observer” means to monitor one’s self and the alterations taking place without being judgmental or interfering. As soon as one becomes an “observer”, he or she would be present in the circle and the connection would be established, then the Universe’s Consciousness would start scanning them, and through this, the Consciousness would initiate the “healing process”. It is not required to close one’s eyes and this is only advised in order to prevent distraction; otherwise anyone in any position (seated, lying down, working, with either closed or open eyes) and at any time can enter the “Circle of Special Connection” and benefit from it.
